Questions about Strata
An SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is a limited company established for a specific investment purpose. It is the legal structure each Strata fund is formed as, where multiple investors come in together and gain exposure to a single company or transaction.
The minimum investment differs between companies and is stated on each company's page. It is typically between SEK 100,000 and SEK 200,000.
The investment horizon depends on the underlying company's listing plans and often ranges from 1 to 7 years. Fund units may be offered for sale through Accumeo's trading platform during the holding period.
Strata charges a structuring fee at subscription. No management fee and no performance-based fee apply. The fee amount is always disclosed before you invest.
