Klart: Altor säljer ljudjätten – till Kina

Hongshan och Altor är överens. Avtalet som gör svenska Marshall Group kinesiskt är undertecknat och enligt uppgifter till Di värderas ljudbolaget till över 13 miljarder kronor i affären. Det är nästan tre gånger så mycket som när Altor köpte in sig 2023.
