Our brokers will screen and match you with counterparties, and when a match is made, you will sign a brokerage agreement, followed by a purchase agreement with information on price and terms. You then make the payment via your bank according to the instructions.The shares are delivered to your custody account or confirmed directly by the company, depending on how the company's shares are held.
