About the company
About Evity
Evity Invest AB (publ) is a Swedish investment group based in Stockholm. The company acquires and develops small and medium-sized businesses in the Nordic region and selected Northern European markets, including the United Kingdom, Benelux and DACH.
Its registered purpose is to own and manage equity interests, directly or through subsidiaries, in companies where profits can be reinvested, including through acquisitions. Evity’s development is therefore linked to the operating performance of its portfolio companies and to its ability to identify, execute and support further investments.
History
Evity was established in 2025 and registered on January 31, 2025. It was formed as a long-term investment company focused on acquiring established businesses rather than building a single operating business.
The group’s first publicly announced investments were made in late 2025. These included Crown International in the Netherlands, which supplies operating supplies and equipment to the hospitality sector, and Danish wood-products manufacturer DLT Group. These transactions established Evity’s initial portfolio across different industries and European markets.
Business Model and Ownership Approach
Evity’s model is based on acquiring established companies and holding them over the long term. The group is not limited to one industry. Its stated investment focus is on businesses with established operations, clear market positions and potential to reinvest cash flow into continued development.
Evity applies a decentralized ownership approach. Portfolio companies retain operational responsibility, while the group supports them with structured planning, reporting tools and initiatives related to commercial development, operational efficiency and cash flow. Value creation depends both on the performance of individual businesses and on disciplined capital allocation across the group.
Portfolio Activities
Evity’s publicly announced investments span industrial manufacturing, automotive aftermarket retail, hospitality supply, sales-development services and technical consulting. Crown International provides products and solutions for hotel and hospitality operations. DLT Group manufactures customized wood products, including display fixtures, interior elements, formwork and trims.
In Norway, Norsk Bildelsenter operates Bildeler.no, an automotive parts retailer serving consumers and business customers. Sales Improvement Group in the Netherlands operates a franchise-based sales improvement concept covering areas such as sales strategy, structure, leadership, skills and tools.
The group’s United Kingdom investments include Martin Precision, a manufacturer of precision components serving primarily aerospace customers, as well as energy and defence-related applications. Safinah provides consulting and engineering services in painting and coating technology, with activity in marine, chemical and energy markets.
Growth and Development
Evity expanded its publicly announced portfolio during the first part of 2026. Norsk Bildelsenter was acquired in January, Sales Improvement Group in February, Martin Precision in March and Safinah in April. The Safinah transaction was described at the time as Evity’s sixth acquisition.
Future development is tied to the operating progress of the portfolio, the capacity to reinvest in existing businesses and the disciplined execution of additional acquisitions. As a relatively new investment group, Evity’s track record as a consolidated owner is still developing.
Markets and Differentiation
The portfolio provides exposure to several countries and end markets, including industrial production, vehicle aftermarket sales, hospitality, business services and specialist engineering. This breadth reduces reliance on a single sector, but also means that the portfolio companies face different demand drivers and operating conditions.
Demand may be affected by industrial activity, capital investment, vehicle usage and repair patterns, travel and hospitality activity, and customers’ need for technical and commercial services. Evity’s differentiation is its long-term, decentralized ownership model and its focus on acquiring smaller and medium-sized companies across Northern Europe rather than concentrating on a single vertical market.

FAQ
Evity is an unlisted company, meaning the shares are not traded on any exchange. Instead, transactions take place through direct transfers between parties, known as secondary trading, typically via a specialised platform for unlisted shares such as Accumeo. For larger international companies, investing through fund structures that pool several investors into a single ownership vehicle is also common. This allows smaller minimum investments and opens up access to international companies for non-institutional investors.
Yes, it is possible to buy existing shares in Evity through secondary trading. On Accumeo you create a free account, submit an expression of interest with an amount and any conditions, and may then be matched with a seller. Once both parties have signed the customer agreement, a share transfer agreement is drawn up covering price, share count, and settlement date.
Yes, secondary trading is often the only realistic route to liquidity for an unlisted holding before an IPO or acquisition. Via Accumeo you submit an expression of interest with a share count and target price, and a match may be made with a potential buyer. The sale is executed through a share transfer agreement and registered either via Euroclear or directly in the company's share register, depending on how ownership is administered.
Unlisted companies have no continuous share price because there is no continuous exchange trading. The value is instead based on the latest secondary-market trade or on the price per share from the most recent share issuance. Accumeo shows both historical transaction prices and current bid/ask quotes, providing a combined reference point for pricing.
The value of an unlisted share is most often based on the latest trade — the price buyer and seller agreed in a transaction — or on the latest funding round, where the company and its investors agreed a price for the newly issued shares. These are the reference points shown on Accumeo's platform. It is, however, important to form your own view of value by examining the company's prospects. Financial reports, growth opportunities, market position, and comparable transactions in the sector all help to build a better picture of how the business may develop. Useful information can be found on the company's own website, via Accumeo's platform, and on services like allabolag.se.
